'Onto Boot Camp week 3 Day 2 and this time targeting a Bicep And Shoulder Workout With Dumbbells. But before we hit the Bicep And Shoulder Workout. First up we have our Tabata training to get the heart rate up , a good sweat on and the body burning some calories   As I Mentioned yesterday. This week if possible , let\'s looks to raise the weights a tiny little bit on each lift to make this week even tougher   You are all doing amazing and your feedback and comments has been great.
